“Life of the Party” World Premier
When Auburn University students won an online contest hosted by Warner Bros. for the world premier of “Life of the Party,” Ithaka Hospitality Partners stepped in to ensure a flawless event for Hollywood A-listers and Warner Bros. employees, as well as students and members of the community. The event drew nearly 2,000 attendees outside the movie theater, which was transformed with multiple bars and buffets, upholstered sofas and chairs and string lights to set the mood. The film’s star and producer, Melissa McCarthy, was joined by fellow cast members on the red carpet prior to the event, and took time to sign autographs and chat with fans.
“The entire Ithaka staff offered Southern Hospitality to our group, most of whom had never been to Alabama. After the film, our team enjoyed a menu that included Southern staples with a twist. It was so good, in fact, we took food from the party to enjoy on the jet ride home. We thank you again for your hospitality as we invaded Auburn for the film premiere.” – Ron Sanders, President, Worldwide Theatrical Distribution and President, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment
